At UsBike, we sell pre-owned bikes that are carefully inspected before listing.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the bike must be returned in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or not as described.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned bike, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

​

Bikes sold “as-is” with prior disclosure of cosmetic wear are not eligible for returns.

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

​

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
