Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and bike size/weight.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your bike arrives damaged or your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately at support@usbike.shop
within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
